Description

Complete Moulding Finishing Line for Solvent or Water-Base Stain & Clear sealer & Top Coat; accepts trim up to 8" wide and needs to be at least 3' long.

-- 3-Position Moulding Line for Water-Base Stain with a Cross-Transfer Oven heated by a BURNHAM Gas Fired Hot Water Boiler, 15' long Oven and a 4-arm MAKOR Stacker.

-- Pos. #1 - 1993 "CSP4 Model ELPA 77/ Maer." (S/N 1620 ) H2O Machine with Ventilation System (full description follows).

-- Spray System with: (3) Manifolds each with (2) guns; (1) manifold for spray stain, (1) to spray varnish, and (1) to spray water.

-- Includes: Diaphragm Pump for low pressure system (wall mounted), with air controls and fluid regulator.

-- (6) Automatic spray guns with manifolds, caps and tips; system includes replaceable filters and exhaust ducting.

-- Variable speed from 100 - 550 FPM; Trip & counter wheel for automatic individual spray gun start/stop.

-- Pos. #2 - FTT (S/N 8164): 14' Cross-Transfer conveyor feeding into hot water heated Oven, 15' long; (6) lines of transfer conveyors inside the Oven; exit conveyor out of the oven; 100° to 180° temperature and (3) Min travel time.

-- Process: As moulding exits UV Oven, it is moved (transversing) by a belt conveyor system to the stacker's (4) arms (evenly spaced apart) which lift the piece up-and-over the top of the stacker station; coming down the other side it places the moulding onto (4) arms for transfer to packaging rack or onto a drying cart.
