This quality machine is a portable, electromagnetic heat induction system used to seal containers with an aluminium foil. Typically, it is used in the pharmaceutical, chemical, pesticides, food and cosmetics industries.
The machine is versatile and can be used from pilot projects to bulk production and will work effectivley with polythene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polystyrene (PS) and polyester (PET) containers. However, metal containers are totally unsuitable.
This machine incorporates the latest advanced circuitry and power efficiency through proven technology.
The thermal efficiency is over 90% and the instantaneous heating system is 20-30% more efficient than conventional machines. To this effect, the sealing is consistently good with PET containers and glass containers, even if they have a weak sealing potential.
This machine comprises of a control box and an induction probe. From within the control box, a microchip controlled oscillator sends a 1,00KHZ high frequency signal to the induction probe.
When the induction probe makes contact with the aluminium foil, a continuous current flows through the aluminum foil, which leads to heating. The heating strength depends on the intensity and dwell time. Accurate and consistent results are achieved through an automatic frequency control (AFC) system. Dwell time and function settings are displayed on the control panel, for ease of reference.
