The high-pressure press SIPMA PK 4000 KOSTKA is ideal for straw harvesting and is also used successfully for hay harvesting. Optimal design, very good working parameters, long life and reliability have helped SIPMA S.A. Has been producing these presses for over 30 years, constantly improving them. During this period farmers were supplied with almost 100,000 of these machines.
The design of the press chamber enables the adjustment of the press density (up to approx. 180 kg / m³), ​​length adjustment in the range 0.3 - 1.3 m and installation of the dumped cube on different surfaces.
The balanced crank and piston system increases operator comfort and reduces the impact of harmful vibrations on the tractor.
The hydraulic lifting operation of the pick-up improves work comfort and safety.
Applied two binding machines bind quickly and accurately through press-formed bales.
The safety devices on the machine ensure a long and safe operation. The one-way friction clutch on the flywheel (900 Nm) protects the drive shaft. Behind the flywheel, an automatic main clutch was used to protect the whole machine (six disc springs). The scissors protect needles and binding devices.
Thanks to the electrical installation, the machine can move on public roads without additional costs.
With the bale sliding device (additional accessories), the bales are transported directly onto a trailer pulled behind the press, thus reducing the workload and increasing the harvesting performance. The sliding device additionally increases the press density.
Wire knotter (additional accessory) is mounted on special order.
The container for the wire in the design with a wire knotter provides continuous delivery of the wire to the binding device.
The electronic counter (additional accessories) allows the number of bales to be checked.
