Variable round baler press
SIPMA PZ 1832 PRIMA
The variable round baler SIPMA PZ 1832 PRIMA is designed for collecting straw, hay and green fodder for silage.
The on-board computer controls the correct functioning of neuralgic press parts, allows supervision of the process of bale formation from the tractor's cab. 3) separate pressure setting for the bale core and the surface as well as additionally increased pressure during the final shaping of the bale core and the surface bale. In addition, the computer checks the uniformity of the cell filling, automatically starts the binding process, shows the actual realized process, the number of bales made, the performance measurement, the serial number and the year of manufacture of the machine.
The roll chamber consists of five seamless straps, which allow bales with a diameter of 0.9 to 1.8 m.
Wide pick-up and rotation feeds significantly increase the transportability of the material and the efficiency of the collection.
The press chamber, which is made of the dome steel, assures the strength, design stiffness and reliability in the application.
The pneumatic brakes assure safety on the traffic roads and during work on the mountainous mounting surfaces.
The press protector made of the laminate protects the moving elements of the machine while giving it a modern look.
Automatic bale wrapping with the planned number of wrapping.
The crushing machine for material with 11 cutting blades ensures greater bale density, which creates ideal conditions for silageing and improves the economics of harvesting.
The web binder and wide tires are components of the standard equipment of the press.
The telescopic wide-angle articulation shaft with automatic coupling ensures the workability during sweeping and protects the press from damage.
