The baler wrapper SIPMA OR 7532 DIANA is a fully automated self-loading machine attached to a tractor. She works among others. In the unique 3D system (next to the conventional system). This system allows the reduction of film consumption by about 25%. By the way, the bale wrapper has the full automatic winding process, which ensures an advanced control system compatible with the ISOBUS standard. It also has the possibility of pre-programming the operating cycle.

The design of the OR 7532 DIANA bale wrapper allows not only "conventional" wrapping, but also bale wrapping on two levels - so-called 3D wrapping. This effect is achieved by the lintel of film feeders. The consequence of this method of bale wrapping is the film thriftiness - about 25%.
The "forward-backward" technology allows the operator to work in the "behind the press" direction, ensuring fast loading of bales, wrapping with the foil while driving to the next bale, and connecting the winder to the press, as well as the simultaneous Wrapping and wrapping the bale within a working journey.
The baler allows the bale to be laid on the ground, which protects the wrapped bale from possible damage during the discharge.
The hydraulic catchers and clippers of the film automatically work with the film after each wrapping of the bale, assuring substantial acceleration of the winding process and its efficiency.
Winding speed. The user has two techniques for bale wrapping:
The conventional 2D wrapping - the wrapping cycle takes about 50 seconds and for the bale wrapping, only 8 turns of the boom are required. Thanks to 2D wrapping, you can save your working time.
3D wrapping - the wrapping cycle takes about 65 seconds and takes place in two stages: circumferential wrapping with the horizontal position of the film feeders and wrapping of the side surfaces (bale bottom) with the vertical position of the film feeds. 3D wrapping is more laborious, but it reduces film consumption by about 25%.
Foil consumption per bale - during the "conventional" wrapping approximately 60m film is consumed, during the 3D-wrapping this value drops to approx. 45m.
Wide tires offer the possibility to work on the wet and peat areas.
Film feed allows application of the film, which is 0.75 m wide.
Knurled aluminum rollers in the film feed ensure effective pretensioning of the film and its corresponding soil adhesion and density during the wrapping.
Container for six additional film rolls allows for the smooth and efficient operation of the winder without unnecessary downtime.
Hydraulically adjustable drawbar facilitates the changeover of the machine and its transport on the access ways.
