Diversi-Tech's FRED™ air cleaners are designed for installation in industrial applications for the removal of smoke, dust and other airborne contaminants. The FRED™ JR will remove particulate as small as 0.5 micron with its standard filters and acts as a heat recovery device to drastically reduce heating costs by cleaning and recycling plant air
The compact FRED™ JR is designed for minimum power consumption and simple maintenance. The unit is portable and can capture contaminants at source. The pickup arm is self-supporting and captures pollutants before they reach the workers’ breathing zone. The system provides cleaner, healthier working conditions, helps industry to comply with environmental clean air regulations and reduces plant maintenance costs
The FRED JR-T features the Fume Tracker™ Capture Arm which automatically
repoitions itself above the fume source. With the arm and hood correctly positioned, smoke and fumes from welding are captured leaving the welders hands free to work more effi ciently. The portable FRED JR-T fume extractor is designed to capture particulate as small as 0.5 micron and acts as a heat recovery device that drastically reduces heating costs by cleaning and recycling plant air

What is Fume Tracker? The FUME TRACKER by Diversi-Tech Inc. is an intelligent The fume capture arm that senses a welding arc and repositions itself automatically, This allows welding smoke & fumes to be continually captured with little input from the welder". A fully functional fume capture arm, the auto tracking system can be turned on & off as required. This is the future of fume extraction!
How does it work? Diversi-Tech’s patented Fume Tracker system automatically repositions itself above the fume source. Smoke and fumes from the welding process are captured at source due to the capture arm and hood being correctly positioned. The arm’s sensors locate & track light produced from a weld arc. Information is then decoded and instructions are sent to 3 servo motors that continually reposition the arm
