As the demand increases in size Baileigh Industrial does as well. Introducing the R-H400DP double pinch Roll bender. This large and robust machine includes a ridged and stress relieved frame for the highest in accuracy and longevity. Unlike the competition, Baileigh Industrial includes hydraulic Lateral Guide rolls STANDARD with each machine. Our R-H400 is operated in the Horizontal position for maximum control of large I-Beam bending and includes Three Driven rolls by means of High Torque Planetary Gearbox joined with Three Hydraulic motors. We have equipped our machines with L.E.D readouts for both roll rotation and bending roll positioning for quick referencing and repeatability. Each machine comes with an industrial grade control panel where all machine axis movement can be controlled and recorded
