GOTTSCHILD CS 2001; The CS 2001 is a CNC trimming machine for foil laminated 3D furniture components removing the entire overlapping PVC foil from the membrane pressed part. The machine is built to handle continuous 3-shift operation with a capacity of 7.5 parts per minute and approximately 3400 parts per shift.
--The CS 2001 automatically recognizes the size and thickness of the part being trimmed and with this feature you can randomly feed parts of different size and thickness.
--Rectangular parts are measured by light sensors and pusher and will then be processed. The maximum processing speed is varies, depending on the quality of the edge bonding directly after the pressing cycle. Every movement of the individual NC-axis can be easily set up by the operator.
--The Machine operates with 2 parallel trimming heads, which are mounted on stationary tool bridges. The longitudinal cut is processed in a through-feed operation by transporting the panel below the tool bridge on a transport belt. The front and rear cross-cuts are carried out while the part is stationary with the cutting heads traveling back and forth at a High Rate of Speed.
--Compared to a Turn Over System, the trimming system in the CS 2001 can easily handle two presses easily.
--Max. rectangular part size 118" x 25-1/2" x 1.37" (3,000 x 650 x 35 mm), min. rectangular part size 7" x 3-1/2" x 0.59" (180 x 89 x 15 mm), average production rate of (7.5) parts/Min (425 parts/Hr).
--Includes Infeed roller conveyor.
