Used processing machinery

Check ram and punch alignment, die condition, tonnage rating, hydraulic hoses and seals, control panel function, and overall frame straightness. Ask for maintenance records and verify tooling sizes and availability.

Lock or brace moving parts, remove loose tooling, drain hydraulic oil if required, secure electrical components, and crate or block the machine on forks or skids. Use a carrier experienced with heavy machinery and provide lifting points and weight/dimensions.

Regularly check and change hydraulic fluid, inspect seals and hoses, lubricate pivot points, verify punch/die clearances, tighten fasteners, and test electrical controls. Schedule periodic alignment and hydraulic pressure checks.
