Passage tunnel shotblasting machines with motorized mesh belts are available with a manganese steel metal mesh belt or, for specific applications, a rubber belt.
These machines are commonly used for high-volume processing of die-cast aluminum, where turbines positioned above and below the belt ensure uniform shot blasting coverage.
In the rubber belt version, turbines are positioned only on the upper side.
Another application of these machines includes the treatment of semi-precious stones, where blasting the exposed surfaces creates a unique “hammered” effect.
