Unlike traditional separate rough and fine milling, this innovation integrates both passes in one mode. It employs a rapidly rotating, small-diameter tool for precision cutting at fine depths.
Fine Depth Milling:
Small diameter tools minimize cusp (residual roughness), reducing milling resistance. Results in improved dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and tool life.
High-Speed Milling:
Reduces cycle times and overall machining period. Yields improved surface quality, multi-purpose tool usage, and smaller chip sizes for easy disposal. This technology eliminates the need for coolant; mist machining is also possible.
