Through riveting, the valve seat, valve core, spring and bracket are riveted into a one-way valve assembly.
assembly requirement：
1) Leak-proof inspection of parts before riveting;
2) Servo press is used for riveting;
3) The riveting process is controlled by the pressure and displacement monitoring module;
4) After riveting, the valve seat and the bracket are not loose, and the edge of the valve seat is not cracked, scratched, etc.;
5) The valve function is tested by the flow, and the opening pressure requirement: 0.2±0.08bar;
6) The two valve seats need to be identified corresponding to two different valves.
