Inerts Recovery Group R1 in Lugo, Emilia-Romagna, Italy

The aggregate recovery unit consists of a special structure containing a cyclone specifically designed for the recovery and recycling of aggregates normally used with IBIX® Eco-Blasting Systems.
The cyclone is equipped with a special drawer filter that allows it to retain residue and any foreign matter large enough to create ® blocks in the IBIX® Eco-sandblaster. IBIX R1® is a machine designed to ensure optimal management of aggregates.
Thanks to the recovery and filtering of material IBIX R1® makes it possible to contain the costs associated with abrasive consumption.
The system is able to reuse the material for several blasting cycles* while minimizing the impact of inert cost on processing. IBIX R1® is environmentally friendly, the inert used is non-toxic and does not contain free silica, and the recovery of the abrasive limits disposal costs with significant environmental sustainability benefits.
