Machine Introduction
1.The drop-type counting and stacking unit utilizes photoelectric sensors for precise counting.
2.Three servo motors collaboratively achieve accurate counting and stacking output during operation. The servo-controlled high-speed separating lever ensures precise counting and separation as required.
3.A pneumatic-assisted paper receiving arm ensures flatter carton stacking, while the pneumatic
pushing mechanism neatly discharges completed carton stacks.
4.A high-power air pressure device prevents carton warping during output from the folding section, guaranteeing orderly stacking. The air vent direction can be freely adjusted to optimize airflow positioning.
