Description
SU-93/80/80-PR pressure blasting cabinet with side door in 2mm white plate.
With this feeding method the equipment works by injection of air at controlled pressure into an abrasive storage tank.
The abrasive agent is projected into the blasting nozzle through a hose, which, coupled to a fitting, flows into the nozzle holder.
The expanded air and abrasive pass through the outlet nozzle and are directed towards the surface to be cleaned.
The amount of abrasive that enters the equipment can be regulated by means of the dosing valve, the pressure and type of abrasive to be used.
Suction cabinet.
Net weight of the suction cabinet is 160 Kg. Approximately
Three-phase power supply 380V 50Hz
Equipped with the following COMPONENTS:
Bottom in the shape of an inverted pyramid trunk in the lower part of which the abrasive absorption device is placed.
Interior illumination by means of two lamps protected by glass in the upper part with hermetic seal.
Observation window with interchangeable safety glass mounted on a completely watertight rubber frame.
SIDE DOOR for entry/exit of parts with pneumatic safety device that cuts the air flow to the sandblasting machine when it is opened.
Perforated platform duly reinforced to support the parts to be treated.
Two openings with conical sleeves and gloves adapted to them for the operator's hands, located in the front part of the cabin.
Two outlets for suction of the dust produced inside with butterfly valve for regulation.
Pressure sandblasting machine model Clemco 1628 (40 liters), mounted on the lower part of the hopper, which will allow us to work at pressures of 12 bar. Tare pressure of the boiler: 17.2 bar.
A 4 mm diameter boron carbide spray nozzle.
A blast hose for compressed air and mixed abrasive.
A blow gun to remove abrasive or dust residues from the treated parts.
A set of filter, pressure gauge and pressure regulator for purification and regulation of the compressed air.
A pedal valve to control the air flow to the spray gun.
A foot pedal for remote control of the sandblasting machine.
Actuator to cut off the air to the nozzle in case of involuntary opening of the door.
Emergency button mounted on the side of the cabin to be activated by the operator.
Application to a certain number of high density abrasives such as metallic abrasives.
The dust-laden air is taken to the dust collector. There it passes through the filter cartridge, where the dust and abrasive particles are deposited on the outer walls of the cartridge, and the clean air passes through the fan and is discharged to the outside.
The particles collected on the filter elements of the collector are periodically removed by injecting compressed air into the interior of the cartridge (cellulose microfiber). When the air is injected, the dust falls to the bottom of the hopper and is deposited in a container for later disposal.
