Our range of "MULTI-SHELF OVEN LOADERS" includes a series of machines for loading and unloading products into/from shelf ovens. The main characteristic of these machines is having the same number of racks and shelves as the oven or ovens they are used with, consequently all the chambers are loaded/unloaded at the same time. These machines, while still being simple to use, offer high production capacities and are ideal for serving several parallel ovens which need to bake the same product. The main technical features of the "AUTOMATIC MULTI-SHELF OVEN LOADER" are as follows:
Widths available: 900 and 1200mm;
Number of loading and unloading racks equal to the number of shelves in the oven: 4, 5 or 6;
Chamber door opening rod;
Simultaneous longitudinal movement of the racks in oven mouth entry/exit or from the product loading/unloading stations driven by a synchronous motor with pinion and chain drive system;
