4. Tomato puree pasteurizer.
5. MANZINI 2-stage evaporator for tomato paste.
6. Injector at the evaporation station.
7. Evaporation station with an injector.
8. The flow of tomato puree to the 1st stage of the evaporator station (inside the evaporator

column).
9. Conical bottom under the 1st stage of the station (inside of the evaporator).
10. Rotary steam coil with a bowl of the 2nd stage evaporation station (inside of the evaporator

column).
11. Final pasteurization of tomato concentrate.
