Durable stainless-steel knives last up to 500 tons between sharpening. Its compact, mobile design includes optional wheels and easy-to-clean surfaces, and all food-contact parts are stainless steel for hygiene. Available in powder-painted or stainless steel, it supports two cabbage core drills and sliders, allowing operation from both sides for maximum productivity. Recommended for 2-4 operators.
