Cresse, Inc. 6 Head Pressure Filler with Conveyor, line is expandable up to 12 Heads, Unit is a filler pressure overflow type, which fills bottles to a fixed level from top of bottle. Level is adjustable by removing spacers on valve. Unit will work with any size container that the nozzle will fit in: plastic, glass or metal. Unit can work with products ranging from water to heavy shampoos. Product is pumped into bottle under low pressure with a variable speed pump. When bottles filled to preset level, product returns to tank for reuse. Flow is then stopped, nozzles raised and cycle is repeated. The tank used is 60-gallon sanitary, stainless steel, open top with plastic lid. There are holes in lid to return hoses. Fitting in bottle to connect to pump. The pump is a sanitary centrifugal 1-1/2” tri-clamp ports, 3/4 hp DC motor with Minarik vari-speed controller, 110 V input. Controller mounted on angle on top of filler.
