ACL 3000 is designed to optimize every phase of the process of counting and packaging solid products. The empty bottles are placed in an orderly fashion on a rotating table and transferred to the conveyor belt. At this point, the ACL 3000 electronic counting unit proceeds to an accurate count of the pills, guaranteeing a uniform dosage in each bottle. The filled bottles are then collected in a tray, ready for the packaging phase.
