Description
1. Modularized design, multiple sets of efficient and stable injection units are optional.
2. Each pair of molds in the injection station has a special clamping cylinder to provide clamping force. Adhering to the characteristics of straight press, it prolongs the service life of the molds.
3. The center turret rotating action adopts small size planetary gear reduction device and special plunger positioning device. The rotation is fast and precise. Hydraulic drive or servo motor drive is optional.
4. The lifting action of the center turret is controlled by linear displacement sensor, and the lifting speed and position can be adjusted directly in the operation panel, which is convenient and quick.
5. Integration of multiple groups using manipulator action, greatly improving production efficiency.
6. It can be upgraded from the basic 4-station type to 6 or 8 stations for higher production efficiency.
