FT1600MC Multi-color Multi-function Injection Molding Machine
It is a multi-color multifunctional injection molding machine which combines vertical T-type machine and angle K-type machine according to the customer's demand, and its main research and development contents and objectives are as follows:
(1) Vertical double-cylinder mold clamping machinery, effectively reducing the height of the table;
2）New modularized design of double-outlet rod and double-cylinder injection structure, which effectively improves the motion characteristics of the injection seat;
(3) New optimized separable horizontal injection system, according to the customer's mold and the site environment can be arranged to lock the mold system of the left, front, right three directions, and can be arranged at the same time three horizontal injection system to form a multi-shot system.
(4) The new program design of the electric control part, which can be used for multiple injection at the same time, or only one of the injection system can be used at the customer's own choice, so that the machine can be used for multiple purposes.
To sum up, this machine can be used to mold both single-color and multi-color products: it is suitable for both horizontal and vertical molds as well as angular molds.
