Arpac Model TS-2200, Automatic continous motion, servo driven, tray former, loader and hot melt glue sealer rated from 20 to 50 trays per minute – depending on materials and application. Equipped with 27" wide x 154" long flexlink product in feed conveyor with lane dividers, rotary flight bar indexing feed system with 26" wide flight bar set on 36" centers. 120" long x 16½" wide extended powered blank tray feed conveyor has end lift section to side mounted blank tray magazine with vacuum suction cup pick n place, 96" long lugged tray forming, sealing, discharge conveyor, Nordson hot melt glue system, major / minor flap closers and side rail compression section. Control panel with AB controller and touch screen HMI. Mounted on heavy duty frame with safety door guarding and statis light.
